Spring is right around the corner and you haven't started that workout yet. You told yourself that you where going to start that workout this year. Now when you find yourself doing unproductive things like watching a television show that takes an hour to watch, go and walk around the block for an hour instead. Get your heart rate pumping get that blood flowing get your life back and lose that weight. When its time for you to go to the grocery store and buy groceries buy more healthy snacks like yogurt, fruit and vegetables instead of buying cake, ding dongs and candy for a snack. Because it takes a combination of things to get you back in shape by spring and summer.
Although exercising is important, eating healthy is more important. Having a healthy diet benefits you in a number of ways. For instance greasy foods can cause you to have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Cut these foods out of your diet as much as possible. I know they taste good but there are other ways you can make food taste good. Stop eating late at night your body is slowing down for the night and it want burn the fat and it will stay where you don't want it. You have to eat healthy.
